1. Rental Agreement

By placing a reservation, submitting a booking request, or accepting delivery of rental equipment from TiMT Party Rentals, the Renter agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Rental Period

• Rental rates are based on one (1) calendar day, unless otherwise stated.

• Rental period begins at delivery and ends at scheduled pickup.

• Late returns may result in additional charges.

• Bounce house 2-day discount applies only when approved and scheduled in advance.

3. Delivery & Setup

• Tables and chairs are delivered to the ground floor only. We do not carry items up or down stairs.

• If stair access or upper-level delivery is required, prior notice is mandatory and will incur an additional 40% service charge, subject to availability.

4. Equipment Use & Responsibility

• Renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from delivery to pickup.

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or rough use are not allowed on inflatables.

• Equipment must remain dry unless specifically designated as a water unit.

5. Safety & Inflatables

• No climbing on walls, flips, or overcrowding.

• Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

• TiMT Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

• Inflatables may be shut down during high winds, rain, or unsafe weather.

6. Weather Policy

Weather-related refunds or credits are granted at the sole discretion of TiMT Party Rentals and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

The Renter assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.
Normal wear does not include stains, tears, burns, broken parts, water damage, or excessive dirt.

8. Liability Waiver & Release

The Renter releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless TiMT Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from the use, misuse, or condition of the rented equipment.

9. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and defend TiMT Party Rentals against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from improper use, negligence, or violation of these terms.

10. Payment & Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery may result in forfeiture of all payments.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting a booking request, signing electronically, or accepting delivery, the Renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

This agreement is binding upon submission of the rental order or acceptance of delivery.
